My name is Stacey, and I offer professional newborn photography in and around Columbia, SC. My approach to newborn photography is very natural, simple, and meant to capture the connection between your family and new baby! During your session I will capture a mix of simple poses and candid photography. My number one goal is to provide an enjoyable experience with everyone involved.

So where do these outdoor newborn sessions take place?

Outdoor Newborn Photography Session can take place pretty much anywhere! Keep in mind that I don’t need that much space. Newborns and the props that I use for them don’t require that much space. Usually I keep my eyes open for a bush or little patch of flowers or greenery. By looking at these images, you would never guess that most of these were taken in a small little area in between walkways and even in a parking lot! Yep! Some of my most favorite shots are taken in those well maintained landscaping anywhere in town! However, if parents wish to take part in the session, I usually recommend shooting towards the end of the day, so that we can get those magical family photos at sunset. Outdoor newborn session last approximately two hours.
