I am so excited to share with you this gorgeous in-home newborn photography session in Augusta Georgia. Welcome! My name is Stacey Brenner your Augusta and Atlanta Georgia Newborn Photographer! I offer in-home newborn photography services in and around Atlanta Georgia and surrounding areas including Columbia and Charleston South Carolina. I believe that you and your newborn baby will be most relaxed in-home where you have everything that you need to keep them comfortable. Every session is customized to you and your beautiful new bundle. I am dedicated to creating a unique custom experience for moms to be and growing families. My approach to newborn photography is very natural, simple, and meant to capture the connection between your family and new baby! During your session I will capture a mix of simple poses and candid photography.

Every session is baby-led. This means that every newborn photography session is different. If I arrive to your home and baby is awake then we will start with some awake shots. If baby is hungry, then that’s our queue to feed baby. Typically once baby has been fed and they are wrapped, they tend to fall asleep. I love capturing a mix of lifestyle photography and simple posed portraits. I incorporate poses you’d find in the studio but putting my own style into the newborn photography session. I love utilizing client’s homes and making their space into the perfect location for baby’s portraits.

I feel honored to create breast-feeding portraits. I love when clients ask to have me capture this beautiful moment. It allows us to freeze time and really capture this genuine moment with you and your sweet new baby. My main focus is to capture the connection you have with your new baby. Skin to skin contact is always one of the best ways to keep baby calm. Whether you are breastfeeding or bottle feeding I’m here to be part of your journey.

Beautiful Newborn Photography Session in Augusta Georgia

Hello and welcome, my name is Stacey Brenner your Augusta Georgia Newborn Photographer! I offer in-home newborn photography services in and around Augusta and Atlanta Georgia as well as surrounding areas including Columbia South Carolina. My approach to newborn photography is very natural, simple, and meant to capture the connection between your family and new baby! During your session I will capture a mix of simple poses and candid photography.

The baby will typically determine the flow of the session. If baby is hungry when I arrive, then I will start with some feeding and changing shots. If baby is sleeping soundly (kudos to you!) then I’ll start with some simple posed shots of your sweet newborn.  Typically in the master bedroom, but I make use to any room that has great lighting. There is no set schedule or plan; as a parent myself, I’ve learned to adapt.

Keep in mind that I'm documenting a day in your life, so keep it real by wearing what you’re most comfortable in and by being yourself.  I encourage neutral colors, steering away from t-shirts with logos or bold patterns.  Casual clothing is perfect and bare feet look most natural in a home setting.  Moms, consider a light flowy shirt, maxi dress or a pretty cotton gown that will be both comfortable and soft while you are cuddling with your new baby. I love Alexi’s outfit that she wore, very flattering and comfortable as well.

I provide wraps, headbands and newborn outfits incase you don't have anything specific for your little one to wear. I love to keep things simple, and the focus on the family and your newborn baby. All outfits, headbands and wraps were all provided by stacey’s newborn client closet.
