I absolutely love the process of framing them for you and creating photo albums custom to your unique style. However, the question then becomes, where are you supposed to put these incredible images? Let’s chat about some possibilities of how to best showcase your amazing newborn photos!

Why You Should Get Printouts of Your Newborn Photos!

With technology, many people love to have a USB drive to store their photos and memories on. Now, I always provide that to you regardless. However, I personally am in love with the idea of having a photo album of my special memories. Sitting with your family, flipping through the photos together and reminiscing on those beautiful memories of your once little tiny newborn baby, incredible! It’s a much more personal and unique bond compared to scrolling through photos on your phone or computer. 

I will always advocate for printing photos out to display in your home. What Are the Best Areas of My Home to Display My Newborn Photos?

This is the most prolonged step in the process of displaying those stunning photos because there is often an abundance of areas to display them. My best advice is to showcase your photos where you feel the most comfortable, but here are some popular choices!

Display them in a shared family space

A favorite option would be in your shared family space where everyone sits together. This can be along the wall behind your family’s couch for example. It could also be in the kitchen above your window(s). 

Areas where they’ll be seen and adored by everyone

Areas where you walk past in your home the most make phenomenal options. For example,  hanging some diagonally along the wall of your staircase. You could also take advantage of that blank space in your main hallway leading to your living room or kitchen. 

Add some love to that fireplace

Do you have a fireplace mantel in your living room that has space to use up? Perfect! Decorate it with your family photos! You can rest them on your mantel or hang them alongside your fireplace. 

Enhance your tabletops and work areas

If you have a desk or hall table this is also an option for displaying your photos. It can add a little love to these cold pieces of furniture in your home.

What if My Newborn Photos are More Intimate?

If you had some intimate moments captured between you and your little one, such as breastfeeding, you may have some hesitation around those public areas.  For these photos, I recommend displaying these in your baby's nursery, such as along the wall of where their crib is. You could also display them on the dresser. That way you can always see them and reminisce of those fond moments as your baby grows.

The best way to display your newborn photos depends on the lay out of your home and how intimate they can be.
